Consistent crash at Geyser

I yet know what part of the map is where. If there are in-game maps or other position-indicator devices, I haven't found them yet.
But I'm getting a consistent crash as I try to pilot the Seamoth into the geyser nearest to the escape pod. I finally got the plans for a Thermal Reactor and was going to look at how to set one up.
I got the notice to have a folder sent to the developers. How do I do that? I have three such folders, and at least three of the crashes are related to this geyser, and I .zipped them up to keep the files easy to manage.
So...what's the next step?

During my last play attempt it crashed elsewhere. I'm wondering if the save file is corrupted or something.
