started a new game cause
1. my exosuit fell through the bottom of the world and couldn't get it back... I would restart, but it kept glitching through the bottom of the floor when I was in it... would stop if got out of it.... after about 5 times of that happening, I gave up.
2. the new save had a different glitch... spent an hour getting stuff to make some simple things... started the game back up the next day and It wouldn't let me scan with my scanner any more.... tried restarting the save and nothing.
third new save and so far so good.... just some random freezes and refusal to load....

same thing happened to my grav sphere as well.
If that doesn't work, run chkdsk on that drive, then verify the local file again.
Probably also want to start a new save after doing that.
