Exosuit Grapling Arm Usseles?

So after build of exousuit i do few upgrades to him,btw The Grapling arm.But ho i find is absulutely usseles think.The hook never worked,never atached to any objects.Every time just shake with hands and nothing happened.I know this ,,Bug,, for long time,so why it is not repaired?
