because servers don't allow model inconsistancies - BY DEFAULT... and almost nobody will swap their files around every time they play on a different server, even if a server admin does turn the value off.

So..considering all the models, sprites, sounds, and any other work that goes into customisations will almost never be used...there's not much point in building nice replacementsfor the community.

How about you just dont use the custom P models?


I've ran into some problems, but i've noticed that it's only w/ P models, not with character/player models .*phew*

There are plenty of servers out there with mp_consistency 0. This forum will not be removed in the forseeable future. Discussion over.
