24fps Lock?

Hi! I launched Subnautica today, as I wanted to test the new update. Only to realize that the game would not go above 24fps. (used to run at 60 before update )
I tried every possible settings, Everything maxed @ 1440p and Everything low @ 600p but the framerate did not go above 24.
Just wanted to kown if I was the only one with the problem.
Specs : i5 4690k / gtx 1070
Edit : simply rebooting the computer fixed the issue
