[BUG] Missing items

Was rather looking forward to the new Precursor update. I started a new game to start fresh, played it for a bit, saved and closed. Came back and knife and scanner were missing from inventory. Recreated the items played for a while longer, saved, and quit. Came back knife, welder, scanner, habitat builder, sea glide, oxygen tank, all food and water, and all signals missing from inventory. I was really looking forward to exploring the new areas, guess I'm not going to be able to until a patch comes out to resolve save game issues.
