Natures Blueprint's

It's clear that you can use your scanner tool to scan for blueprints and to learn information by scanning flora and fauna as well. I thought that it would be nice if scanning flora and fauna had a deeper purpose aside from the information. That you could discover technology by scanning species.

Eg:
Scanning a Peeper gives a blueprint for binoculars of a sort.
Scanning a Oculus might allow you to enhance the binoculars or upgrade vehicles so that they may have better visibility.
Scanning Precursor environments unlocked blueprints for base enhancements, such as power efficiency or stability.
Scanning a Hoverfish unlocks a blueprint for a frictionless suit. Allowing for slow but constant gain in velocity acceleration.

Scanning dangerous creatures and flora may be a risk and reward situation.

Eg:
Scanning a Reaper Leviathan unlocks a blueprint for Sea-moth tail fin to improve its speed.
Scanning a Warper unlocks a blueprint for a short ranged blink or simple item transportation between bases.
Scanning a Mesmer unlocks the ability to draw in small lifeforms for easy collection.

Scanning creatures should also allow you to identify weaknesses as a bonus.

Just something i thought would be cool to have in Subnautica

You can't connect with nature much in this game (at least no unless you're trying to eat a Boomerang) which is really sad, and this would be a welcome addition. I've made a thread about it before, but instead of scanning creatures and finding out everything about them, you could observe them and the PDA data fills in.

    Yea, cool idea :)

You already unlock some blueprints by interacting with nature.
Capturing an Airsack unlocks the Airbladder blueprint
Cutting a piece of Creepvine gives you the Fiber Mesh blueprint
    Getting Creepvine Seeds unlocks Lubricant.

Yes, this is true. I just thought it would be nice for further expansion. Mainly with dangerous creatures.
