What the hell is this file and why don't I have it? Every server is kicking me off because it's enforcing consistency... all I have is pshell.mdl.

    Download and install the 1.03 server patch. This fixes it.

    It doesn't happen to everyone as far as I can tell. I think it has to do with the Valve Hi-Def pack. Installing the patch is just a quick fix.

    There is like 1000 other threads about this, so I wouldn't bother filing a bug report, im sure they are waiting to review 100 others.
