i would like if the power runs out there is some more danger, and thats why i would like the hull integrety to go down slowly so you have to recharge it quickly or else water gets in your base/cyclops
i mean, no power means no oxygen production as it is...if you're deep underwater that's a pretty big danger for letting your power supply fail. it's not like your power is maintaining your hull integrity, so it fails without power...so i don't feel like this would make much sense >.>

i agree, maybe it would be cool if the upgrades then stop working like the hull integrity and stuff.

again, hull integrity failing without power doesn't make much sense in this context. however, i can imagine some stuff that could work...like...if your power goes out, any creatures you have in alien containment start to die (or plants in any pot or growbed) ...without oxygen production, your base can't maintain positive atmospheric pressure, so your moonpool starts to flood (and your base starts to flood if you don't have a hatch in place)...oh, and whatever vehicle you have in the moonpool is locked in place till you have power again...water filtration machines have water collection vents...maybe without power they can slowly begin to flood your base

i mean that the upgrade modules you put in the cyclops stop working and if thats for example how deep it can go and youre 400 meters deep and your power runs out, you start getting damage because the upgrades wont work then, but i would also like it if you can power the cyclops by connecting it to your base, i dont know if thats there already or not but still

oh! i was thinking exclusively on the base. cyclops does make more sense with that idea. and no, still can't dock cyclops to base.

it would be cool to be able to dock the cyclops but i tihnk some sort of cable from base to cyclops would be enough, to recharge it
