[Crash] 100% repro crash when loading a specific chunk in my world East of the precursor ship

The most consistent factor in this crash is when my game is loading either a specific chunk or trying to build some specific assets. I'm not sure which is the problem. I've attached an image of a group of assets that always load right before the game crashes. The crash will occur if I enter the area either above the surface or below it. Right before I crash there is a massive hitch, probably 10-20 seconds of freeze, and then the assets load in and i crash. To get here from my spawn I went to the precursor island (where the rescue ship tells you to go) then went due east. I can send the crash dump and a save file if necessary, but I don't know how to do that on a post and it wasn't outlined in the stickied post about making a crash report. I updated my drivers and the crash still occurs. The crash also occurs with no other applications running.

The save file is in a zip file, I just zipped up the whole folder. In this save game you just need to head east to crash. The latest save is near the precursor island.

Also, I played a little bit more and apparently I'm also crash if I go up out out the water and attempt to back into the water. It may still be related to the specific chunk I mentioned, but I can crash also at 100% rate by going out of the water and back in. I've also crashed if I wait about 5 seconds in the water. I've heard that there can be problems with save files crashing after extended play in this game due to saving a lot but I think I've only saved about 5 times total.
