[Crash] View PDA Blueprints with controller [42313]

Fresh Subnautica install and new game, works find with mouse and keyboard.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open Subnautica
2. Enable controller
3. Start new game (or load save) (controller or mouse)
4. Skip cutscene (controller or mouse)
5. Press select (or tab) to open PDA (with controller or keyboard)
6. Press RB to go to blueprints (with controller)
7. [crash]
The game appears to work fine with the controller as long as the FIRST time you view the blueprints page (after starting new game or after loading a saved game) is with the keyboard+mouse. Opening the PDA and navigating it with just the controller works fine after that.
