Spawn in items

Does anyone know how to spawn in items?I only need a few items to help me out with the game.(and as well food and water)

I believe F1 or F3 will allow you to use the console. Once you opened either of those you can close them and just hit the enter key to spawn an item. Ex. Spawn titanium 5 = spawns 5 titanium. Fair warning, you may ruin your fun however if you start over doing it.

@cwolf50 Not entirely sure of the syntax though the wiki should provide item names. Review this wiki for detailed console commands.
