QoL beacons

I'm expecting this to already have been requested, but I did not find a pinned thread with iddeas, and did not perform a search or anything. In case it is not:

I find myself having 30 beacons so I'm not lost on the map, I don't want to look up locs.
How about having a system for beacons to be hidden and seen only under certain circumstances.
For example my iddea would be that crafting a beacon give a signal associated with it, you then only see the beacon when you use it.
The point is to not have beacon indication flooding the screen all the time.

    In the experimental build, there is a ping manager for all active beacons, signals (including your own lifepod), and vehicles.
    You can turn them on and off.
