Is Subnautica available on any Asian Xbox Online Stores?

I might be coming across as an idiot here, but I'm going to ask anyway.

Is there an Asian server for Subnautica for the XBone? Because I can't see the preview purchase on my local (Hong Kong) Xbox.com site.
Might just be me, but I just want to make sure before I make a purchase.

You can go the shady route and change regions to get it and after buying it change it back. But its against the terms of use for Microsoft. But plenty of people do it.

Wow. After a year, there is still no release in Asia Xbox store. Even the preview is not available. Chethylain, did you managed to purchase it in the end?
