2nd Precursor base deleted

I found the 2nd Precursor base deep in the ground and had a beacon a simple base setup near it.
Later when I logged in the game again and went back to the location, the base was gone, but not the power lines that were connected or the parts lying around. The beacon and base are still there. I'm using build 42313 December 2016.
