    There is still a delay in getting the full effect of a medkit, you may be able to get an optimal +25 health every .45 seconds but half of the remaining health will still be lagging behind which provides more than enough time to kill an unarmored target.

    with a 0.45s delay, you can pick up 3 medpacks in 0.9 seconds. Over 0.9 seconds, you'll also regenerate 22.5 HP. So that's 75+22.5=97.5HP. Therefore you can heal back to full in under a second.

    No. You can instantly pick up a medpack, then wait 0.45 seconds, pick up another, wait 0.45 seconds, and then pick up a third.

    So we ignore the delay before the first med? Or are we assuming you drop a Maximum of 3 Meds now to win every engagement?

    You know, if the marine has no armour, its 100hp - 75dmg = 25hp + 25/50 hp = 50/75hp - 75 dmg = 0hp. You're dead by second consecutive bite regardless unless you are counting on the alien to miss.

    Can I get some information on power surge?
    How much damage to Aliens?
    Does it scale at all?
    Does power surge do any damage to Aliens if it is being used to power a structure that has no power?

    Power surge does 25 damage to aliens. It doesn't scale at all. It only has the damage effect if used on a powered structure, and it gives the effect of powering on the structure, but will not keep the structure powered properly if the powernode is then killed after you power surge.
