Save Files Constantly Crashing (1D 6H)

I have this save file that I've been playing which is 1D 6H worth. For some reason after about 5sec into the game, it always crashes. Before this happens, it has never been crashing though it does lag times to times.

Machine details
Processor i7 4720HQ 2.60GHz (8CPUs)
Ram 8GB
VGA NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960M

I tried my old save file and it it's working perfectly fine. Any idea how to fix this problem?
