While the playermodel is messed up, this could be a more general graphics glitch. A few years ago I had am overheating graphics card give similar odd graphics. If you have other graphics-intensive games that don't have the problem, verify your game cache (in steam, right-click subnautica, click properties, local files, then verify integrity of game cache). If that doesn't help, next thing to try is uninstall game, restart computer, then reinstall.
Whenever you encounter a bug, it's a good idea to give as much background info as possible - the video leaves no idea whether this is an issue from first install, or something that suddenly broke on a working game.
