[Not sure if a bug or not] Freecam REALLY slow?

I remember before I got the steam version, freecam was fast. But in the steam version, whenever I turn on freecam, it's really slow to move. Like, walking in 1 foot of mud. Is this a glitch or just something that's in the game?

    i beleivce its a glich bc i have that two but it seems other youtubers like jack and double j dont seem to have it tbh idky all i did was speed up my game time to 10 the pc i was using was like a god so i could do it omg i miss it so much

    You can hit 1-5 on the keyboard to speed up your freecam movement. Have you tried this? This affects your "SHIFT" run speed while in freecam.
