Did wreck 7 get moved?

I go to the sea treader path and so far I've not seen it there, there's some depressions in the sand there but it doesn't seem to spawn. I've tried clearing the cache for the area yet it doesn't seem to spawn. My question is did the devs move it to a different location?

I choose the wrong wreck lol 17 is the one in kelp forest. It's wreck 7 that I'm talking about. God I can't wait until the dev's fix these map rendering errors.
