Drying Ocean

Well, this is something new. I managed to dry the ocean!

No oxygen getting wasted, no ability to swim. Going inside the base and then back to ocean doesn't help, going on a surface then back to base doesn't help either. I can just walk on the bottom.

Well, same problem here. I figured out, it happened after using the moonpool entrance of the precursor array and leaving it with the seamoth.
All above the waterlevel of this entrance (about 0-150m?) seems to be dry ocean, because i can swim beyond the waterlevel of this moonpool entrance.
I could swim back to base with seamoth or cyclope. The moment i leave the vehicles in this 0-150m range i just fall onto ground.

The only way to help myself was killing my char by console and respawn at base...

I could walk at any depth. But I know how to fix this already.
You need to go into array from ground, use elevator to go down, and then go back up. Everything should be normal.
I posted this because I can't swim anywhere, which is more unusual than "moonpool bug"

ive had this same problem i deleted my save file because of it and then recently i encountered a similar problem where there just is no water at all i went to my aquarium and went in i was swimming but i went out and the water still wasnt there. I think what triggers a lot of these types of bugs are some of the commands. I went into the precursor gunbase and went to the control room got the needle and then i did a warpme command to get back to my base. I teleported and the water was gone. I could only swim in the aquarium in my base.

It's the moonpool in the Precursor base. Try teleporting the the Precursor gun, then go down the elevator, then back up. This should fix the problem.
