Console Command for changing food/water depletion speed

100 -> normal depletion rate, 50-> depletion rate halved
I really enjoy the game so far, but food/water loss is way too fast in my opinion and is more a tedious task than a survival aspect that adds decent time pressure.
Therefore I usually play Freedom mode, but without food and water many objects in the game become either rather useless or mainly serve decorative purposes, like e.g. fishes or the new coffee machine. Therefore I would really appreciate a way to customize the food/water depletion.
