Stillsuit Fragments Everywhere?

So this marks the third wreck I've found that has nothing in it except ~literally~ 18 stillsuit fragments. Some of them are spawned so densely that they are right on top of each other.

Is that intended?

Do a forum search here for clearing the cache in your saved game - issue is a known thing

What's even stranger is that it happens a lot, in Freedom mode...

Where you don't even need the thing.
