Xbox to Steam

I love Subnautica, its one of my favorite games. I got the Xbox version a while ago and i'm kind of disappointed because of the delay of updates. I understand that the updates must go through Microsoft first, I just wanted to know if I could possibly get the steam version in trade for the Xbox version.
