[Exploit] Moonpool Air pocket

When the ghost image/blueprint of the moonpool is placed down; even without having any of the materials required to actually build it, it still creates an air pocket in the area where you would swim inside/dock your seamoth. This means that it's possible to Exploit having unlimited air at any depth as long as you have a habitat builder with power in its battery.
