Constant crashes

Ok so i have been getting nonstop crashes, on new games, on old, no matter what i do.

I read that a temp fix is deleting the CellsCache and CompiledOctreesCache in the save game folder, has not helped. Another temp fix was to use the console to make all your items and vehicles ect. (nocost cheat), that has not helped either.

I barely get 7 minutes of gameplay before i crash, i have changed the settings to the absolute minimum with no change, does anyone else have this issue? is there any notes on this from the devs?

any help would be greatly appreciated :)

Edit : these are my specs

Windows 7 Service Pack 1 (6.1.7601) 64bit, RAM: 16366, GPU: AMD Radeon HD 6700 Series (1011MB), CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-2600K CPU @ 3.40GHz (8 logical processors)

Please make sure your Windows is up-to-date, as well as your graphics drivers (Use Steam to check them, Steam: Steam > Check for graphics driver updates).

You might also try deleting the legacy *.txt files that are in your main folder; just be sure to not erase anything else there (hold shift, right-click the slot00xx folder, and click "open command prompt here" or similar, then just type
    del *.txt

    and press enter, then type
    exit

    and press enter.)
