[name_conclict...] Files may be causing problems.

Something I've noticed several times now when Subnautica suddenly glitches badly or completely crashes. When I go to the game folders I have found files in them that show up as [name_conflict ...]. These files show up at the top of the list and there are usually a half dozen or more of them, not always in each of the folders listed below. I decided to delete just those "name_conflict" files and restart the game. It seems to have stopped the glitch/crash that was occurring. So now, anytime I have an issue, I quit the game and check these folders.

Subnautica > SNAppData > SavedGames > slot0008 > CompiledOctreesCache
Subnautica > SNAppData > SavedGames > slot0008 > CellsCache
Subnautica > SNUnmanagedData > Build18 > CompiledOctreesCache
Subnautica > SNUnmanagedData > Build18 > CellsCache

I've also noticed that my only saved game is saved under the folder "slot0008." I would have thought it would start with "slot0001."

Slot numbers start at "slot0000", but yeah, dunno what's up with that. Previous deleted saves?

@Obraxis I've got a few of these as well. You want the filenames, or any other information?
