I personally think that it would be cool if there was a volcano in the game,and there could be a lost river style gas that is supposed to be like smoke or something and it's like you're underwater when you enter the smoke,and there could be new creatures and such.I just randomly thought of this so it's not detailed.

    Well, there are volcanoes of a sort - black smokers in deep areas. They're hydrothermal vents, not volcanoes, but there's heat and smoke for you to enjoy. (They're also great for thermal power generation.)

    Yeah the one nearest the Mountain region wreck is a great source of power for the mini-base I set up to exploit that wreck. Turned out awesomely because it was the most prolific wreck I ever found for PRAWN pieces and parts so far.
