Unplayable fps

Played for about one hour, the lag is really bad, but bareable sometimes, I made the sea moth and when in that the fps feels like it's on 10, anyone got any tips or suggestions on how to fix this? Or when this could be fixed? Xbox one s I use if that matters

I have no mods just got it and I was riding it in and I teleported Inside a wreck with it and I'm no where near getting diamons so I can't get a laser cutter that's if it even fits though doors

OK, try not to get too close to wrecks before slowing down.
You'll probably need to reload the save, if you haven't already.
I materialized inside LP3, yep , had to reload save.
Most of the time the FPS will fix itself.
But;
Surface the moth, exit, save game, reload save.
If that doesn't work, set your XB to 'ECONO START'.
Turn off the XB, restart SN, reload save.

Put it on an external hard drive. That will get rid of your issue.
