Can't See PDA (Xbox One)

In one game I had (which I quit and deleted because there was a stupid Reaper in the safe shallows that destroyed my PRAWN and Seamoth) I had scanned A BUNCH of stuff (almost everything I possibly could without a cyclops) and since there's a lot more flora than there is fauna, there's a long list of flora after you scan it. The issue that I have though is that when I'm going down the list, I can't see what I'm reading. The blue bar just keeps going down but I can't see the names of what I'm reading about.
