Minor aurora explosion-progression bug/glitch

Started up a new game and left the pc to go do a cple things before settling into the gameplay. Left the game at the "hit button to continue" part (where you play the escaping the ship intro) and came back to my pda rattling off the chances of death due to.. message.

-BEFORE- i progressed the screen to escaping the ship. So had i left it, in theory i would have started up the game inside the lifepod w/ the ship already sploded'. Not sure if that would have caused any crashing or corruption w/ the game..so thought i'd report it here, just to be safe.

    Yeah, it doesn't pause the game timer at the beginning, unfortunately, so it's like you're sitting in your pod the whole time, but the beginning animation / crash simulation hasn't been played yet. So you're at game world T+ whatever time, then you hit the button, and it plays the beginning sequence.
