Large glass dome room for bases

I was thinking that a room similar to the multipurpose room, but with a domed glass ceiling would be awesome. Place it on the sea floor and watch the wildlife swim overhead. Plus it'd be perfect to glowing indoor gardens since they need sunlight to survive.

    Or just be able to replace the top and bottom dome of the MPR with glass, Maybe along with extra-open observational windows for the sides.
    Heck, You could even use a new type of glass blueprint for it even: Observation glass, That requires enameled glass to construct. That way it would cost more to fully convert a MPR, But Observatories would still be cheap enough to be viable.

    I would rather make it possible to vertically connect the observatory room.
