Second monitor problems

I wanted to play subnautica recently and watch a twitch stream at the same time but everything on my second monitor seems like in slow motion if i play the game in fullscreen mode and the resolution 1920*1080. I never had a problem with the game so this seemed odd to me. The problem is gone when i lower the resolution to a minimum in window mode but I dont really know what the problem could be.
My specs are:
GeForce GTX 960, Intel(R) Core i5-4460 CPU @ 3.20GHz, 8GB RAM and I play the game in the resolution 1920*1080, water quality high and the quality in recommended.
I dont know anything about PCs so Im sorry if this post seems dumb.
Also I looked into the guide that helps you with bugs/problems and I did most of it and didnt get a solution.
EDIT: It seems to be a problem with the main menu. Sorry if I wasted anyones time.
