Where are the patch notes?

Just curious. i have had like 4 experimental patches that have totally broken the game.. But i cannot seem to find any patch notes anywhere for these patches. do they not release them?

On the Experimental branch of the game, it updates every single day. So, no, there aren't any patch notes. Even when they do a couple of bug fixes for monthly "stable" releases, there aren't patch notes. It seems they only post articles / notes on the really big feature updates every 4-6 months maybe?
