[BUG] Survival Knife damages multipurpose room [47270]

Steps to reproduce:
1. Build a multipurpose Room
2. Build a hatch
3. Enter Multipurpose Room via hatch
4. Strike wall or floor with Survival Knife
5. Observe that multipurpose room takes damage and starts flooding
I noticed this while harvesting crops. I'm using the Knife to convert melons to seeds. Every time I do this, my base takes damage. This may also happen when harvesting from the Bulbo Tree.
