Saw this on the check-ins:

Isn't the Captain's Quarters the room in the Aurora we can't get into without using a teleport cheat command? Isn't that the room that has the tiny Aurora?

I wonder if this code check in means they are doing some work on that room and that we might get in soon without cheating.

    The results of entering that room are that you solve the games main problem and end the story.

    So, my guess is that will probably be one of the very last things added to the game before v1.0 hits.
    (which won't be until sometime this fall)
