Scanning Issues since new update

I'm having some issues scanning five different base components: the multipurpose room, the observation room, living walls, water purifier, and searchlights. I tried scanning at both the floating island and the jellyshroom caves. The scanner registers the living walls and searchlights as scannable, but stays at 0% while playing the noise and animation, but never actually completes. The scanner does not recognize the water purifier, multipurpose room, or observation room at all.

This is on the latest stable build.

    Yep! May reapers feast on my pixels if I make that mistake!

    I was able to self scan in the shroom caves no problem so I def had batteries in.

    Ok, I feel really stupid now, but I found out why it wouldn't scan... because I had the blueprints for the mp room and lights already. I take it that you can find the blueprints for these things in the data boxes now?

    If so that leads me to another bug: the data boxes don't always tell you what you unlocked. When it didn't give me any info I kinda assumed that means I had whatever data they contained already when they seemed to be unlocking things.
