Idea for a feature with the soundtrack

What if we could find different tracks from the OST in PDAs found in lifepods, or in records found around places, and once collected, they can be played using a record player in your seabase or something? Of course, the music that rolls inside the seabase will have to give way to what you're listening too, but i don't think that really matters in a seabase.
This sort of feature with video game soundtracks is something that I really like in loads of games like Endless Ocean 2 or Rakuen, I wouldn't mind seeing it here. What do you think?
