Lag Since 1.03

<div class="IPBDescription">Didn't exist before.</div> Ever since I upgraded to 1.03, there have been 1-2 second serious drops in framerate either randomly or in combat. I noticed this the first time I played on a 1.3 server, and let me stress, I changed nothing on my computer. Previously, I played at 1600x1200 with 50-99 fps, and it never did this. Lag isn't an issue, since ill have 50 ping when one of these attacks occur, and it happens on every server. Since noticing this problem, ive defragged, dropped my rez to 600x800, tried altering the rates, nothing has worked. It was only once 1.03 was incorperated did I start having these problems. Was there anything that would cause this in the last patch?

GF3 TI 200
P4 1.6GZ
512 ram
