[Bug] Seamoth Upgrades

Bug - The upgrades simply aren't there.
Version - Jun-2017 50032
Desc. - Seamoth Upgrades aren't shown in the Vehicle Modification Station menu

Repro steps - I simply played the game up to this point normally. No cheating was done.

Are there blueprints to find?

EDIT: well not according to the Wiki... they should be there by default. Weird bug to find in Stable!

Anyway to fix this error? I spent a lot of time on this world and I'd rather not restart it

Happened to me as well.
They kind of just appeared after a while.
Might need to find a material before being able to make them.
Try making a plasteal ingot or something like that.

ALSO TO NOTE: I started a brand new game out of desperation. Vehicle Modification Stations fragments were not at any wreck I visited. Related??

I most recently found the fragments in the sandy area west of the Aurora.
