Mesmers attack player in Creative mode

This bug has been around for a long time (and has likely been reported already multiple times) but it's still present and makes exploring and building in certain parts of the map fairly annoying given that everything else besides the mesmers completely ignore the player.

Hopefully this is an easy fix that can be put in quickly for the new version before feature lockdown.
