How do I load scanner room upgrades?

Hello, everyone.

I have scanner room and HUD upgrade created for it, but I am not able to load it to the upgrade slots. Tried both with Steam controller / Vive and kb/mouse and normal game mode, no luck.

Is there something I am missing?

The HUD upgrade needs to be put at where you put your signals/ compass and thermometer for it to work. When you put it there everything your scanner room finds will be displayed on your hud.
