Power transmitters and thermal plants disconnecting

I have 14 thermal plants all very close together on thermal vents smoke stacks in the grand reef. When I hooked them up it worked fine for a couple minutes (Base had power cap at 6500) But then the power cap started flashing between 5750, 6000, 6250, and 6500 for a minute then dropped to under 4000. When I looked at my thermal plants some were disconnected from the transmitters and others were quickly connecting and disconnecting on their own. I added more transmitters and moved some around and it solved the problem for about 5 minutes then it happened again... Please fix it took me awhile to get that much titanium and magnetite.

A week or two before that, I had a problem when loading my game where the thermal plants would not connect to my base at all. I would have to decronstruct the single power transmitter I had and build it again to get them to reconnect. It was weird.
