Steps to reproduce:
1. Give yourself 6 titanium.
2. Build a foundation.
3. Build external grow bed on the foundation.
4. Deconstruct foundation.
5. You get back only the 4 titanium for the foundation. The two titanium from the external growbed--along with anything that might have been in the growbed are lost.
