Pre-Order Key Redemption

I bought subnautica around a year ago while it was very early in development, back then it said that I would get a pet cuddlefish for pre-ordering, at first I had the fish but now no matter what I try I can't find one, it says that there is a redeem item key but I haven't gotten any key for it? Is there a way to get it or is it not out yet?

The cutefish isn't out yet. You can spawn it with consol commands though.
