XB1 Save unusable

I was playing the game when all of a sudden it crashed. So I was like ok I will take a break. But when I got back on and tried to load into my save it said that it could not load UNKOWN block type 6. Now I lost 20 hours worth of progress.

No, all it said was can not load (UNKOWN lock type 6)
