Forcing Players To Use R_drawviewmodel 1?

<div class="IPBDescription">Using adminmod</div> Is it possible to either force the players to set r_drawviewmodel to 1?
I know its possbile to exec commands on the clients,
is it then possible to e.g bind f12 to (note, I dont know the commands) "Admin_execall r_drawviewmodel 1" that would force all clients to set their r_drawviewmodel to 1?
can someone please write what I am supposed to do?

there might be a better solution in the way of an adminmod plugin or amx plugin... anyone know ??
then they'd just have to take that cs invisible model
and rename that invisible file to all the weapon files for marines ...
