Add PDA prompt to new player HUD overlay (eg, "Cut Creepvine with Knife", "Break Limestone" etc)

It's expected for the PDA to prompt you for stuff like that, so maybe, after an overlay hasn't been activated for a few (2-5?) minutes, the PDA could give the player a gentle nudge in that direction.
