Okay so, finally got to the thermal plant using the PRAWN it was easy going there then leaving. I had very little contact with the Sea Dragons down it was the Warpers that was the pain in the ass. I got inside easy enough. When I went to leave that was a problem I tried to go back by using the portal, and surprisingly it took the PRAWN and landed on Gunisland that is when it glitch all my markers were gone base, life pod Floating markers were gone went back through and it was still the same. I had to save and restart the game to fix it.

The issue with beacons disappearing when you take a vehicle through the teleporter has been fixed in the latest experimental.
