Modders who mod, would this mod be feasible?

-Restoring the ability to save modified terrain into CompiledOctreesCache in the save game slot folder
-(not really necessary) Restoring the icon for item 514 / terraformer so it doesn't just show as a question mark (icon used to exist)

@nesrak1 Thoughts? Also, it should be noted if this mod is made, that terraforming was removed to improve performance, so you'll need a fast disk I/O system to prevent this from slowing you down probably.

    Icons sure, that part wasn't implemented in the mod loader but it needs to be rewritten anyway.
    I don't know about restoring ability to save modified terrain. I haven't played in a while (not at all in exp) does the terraformer still exist but won't let you edit terrain? If the code's gone, then the code's gone.

    Everything is fully functional, you can remove and add terrain at will, but modified terrain is no longer saved to compiledoctreescache -- it loads fresh copies from build18 every time. You can swim until the terrain unloads, then when you come back, it re-loads the build18 version instead of your modified version. CompiledOctreesCache (terrain) no longer exists in the slot00xx folders.

    EDIT: also, things that were on the terrain (eg, table coral) don't float to the ground after, but you can I think use a propulsion gun on them and IIRC they save (haven't tested that bit)
